The children and their siblings were able to enjoy a special break with specially trained therapy horses. \ud83d\udc34<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The Aschaffenburg Outpatient Children\u2019s and Youth Hospice Service supports families with children and young people who are living with a life-limiting illness. The work of the staff and volunteers provides vital support to these families. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A donation from the Philipp family to the Outpatient Children\u2019s and Youth Hospice Service was also presented that day.
