Description:
Training in the operation of tower cranes provides comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge for the safe use of these lifting devices. Participants learn the legal principles, physical principles, crane technology and the correct handling of load handling equipment. Practical exercises on the crane, including commissioning, operational testing and maintenance work, prepare participants for real-life everyday use on construction sites. The course concludes with a theoretical and practical examination, after which participants receive a certificate of competence.

Seminar overview:
- Duration: Experience has shown that the duration of training for tower cranes is 10 days in accordance with DGUV principle 309-003. Advanced tower crane operators with several years of experience and previous knowledge can shorten the training period to 5 days with proof from the employer.
