Training at PHILIPP is varied and combines specialist content with plenty of scope for your own ideas, for example through exciting activities in the New Generation Meetings. In this way, we strengthen team spirit and promote good cooperation, even beyond work.

ONBOARDING
A structured start is important to us. At the beginning of your training, you will take part in our induction days. During your practical training in the specialist departments, you will be supervised in accordance with the training framework plan and receive support from experienced contact persons.

MENTORING
Experienced colleagues are at your side as mentors, giving you guidance and supporting you in your personal and professional development.

TRAINING
With practical training courses, internal workshops and external further training, we ensure that you can constantly expand your knowledge.

FEEDBACK
Regular feedback meetings help you to recognize your strengths and work specifically on your goals – openly, appreciatively and at eye level.

INDUSTRIAL CLERKS (M/F/D)
Prerequisites:
Secondary school leaving certificate or higher, a preference for business contexts and motivation to contribute to projects.
Duration of training:
The apprenticeship lasts 3 years.
Areas of application:
During your training, you will work in the Sales, Procurement, Finance, Head Office, Logistics and Production Control departments, among others.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS (M/F/D)
Prerequisites:
Secondary school leaving certificate or higher, a preference for business contexts and motivation to contribute to projects.
Duration of training:
The apprenticeship lasts 3 years.
Areas of application:
During your training, you will work in the Sales, Procurement, Finance, Head Office, Logistics and Production Control departments, among others.

WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (M/F/D)
Prerequisites:
Qualified secondary school diploma or higher, organizational talent and enjoy working with numbers.
Duration of training:
The apprenticeship lasts 3 years.
Areas of application:
During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the incoming goods and incoming goods inspection, warehousing and management and dispatch departments, among others.

Tip 2: Cover letter - Show us who you are!
In your letter of application, let us know which (apprenticeship) position you are applying for
and how you heard about us. Pay attention to the correct
Address and tell us about yourself, your career aspirations and why you are the right choice
for the apprenticeship at PHILIPPGROUP. Personal details such as
strengths, hobbies and club activities make your cover letter more lively.
Limit it to one A4 page.
Tip 3: CV - your path to this point
Use a classic, tabular CV that includes your school career and
relevant personal data. Add any special qualifications,
foreign languages and IT skills. Don't forget to date and sign the CV
(preferably digitally). A friendly application photo
is not a must, but it makes your application personal and appealing.
Tip 4: Copies of certificates and references - show us what you can do!
Attach copies of your last two certificates and - if you have them - evidence of the qualifications listed in your
CV (e.g. language or computer courses).
Certificates of completed internships are also important.

1st application
We thoroughly review all applications and check whether the school
requirements match the requirements of the apprenticeship at
PHILIPPGRUPPE. Completeness, cleanliness and outward appearance
are decisive. Those who pass this pre-selection will be invited to an
interview.
2nd taster day
If you meet the requirements, we invite you to an exciting
taster day at the PHILIPPGRUPPE. After a short
introductory talk with our trainers, you will have the opportunity to get to know our
company and the training program. Your impressions are important to us!
3. setting
If you have convinced us and you are also convinced by us, you can sign your
training contract with the PHILIPPGRUPPE. A lot of time will pass between your acceptance and
the first day of training. But we won't leave you
alone during this time and will keep in touch with you. Because even before September 1,
you will be part of our team. Then it's "Welcome to our team!
