As it is well known that we are strongest together, we work together with important associations. We are closely networked and therefore always up to date and well informed.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR ROPES AND SLINGS (FSA)
The FSA was founded in Hamburg in 1947. At present, 35 specialist companies with branches throughout Germany have joined forces under its umbrella. Their field of activity is, on the one hand, the trade in ropes and slings and their professional processing according to the rules of technology and, on the other hand, the advisory specialist sales and assembly of products for load securing. Other important product groups are hoists, load handling equipment, personal protection and all types of accessories. All FSA members have a certified quality management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001 and thus underline the common claim “Safety through quality!”.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN PRECAST CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION E.V. (FDB)
The FDB is the technical trade association for structural precast concrete construction. It represents the interests of its members nationally and internationally and carries out overarching specialist work in all key areas of technology. The FDB has existed since 1970 as a nationwide association of manufacturers of structural precast concrete elements and contributes its technical expertise to the national and European regulations of the standardization bodies.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER FOR CONCRETE AND PRECAST ELEMENT MANUFACTURERS (BBF)
The importance of qualified training will become even more important in the coming years. Many companies are already struggling to find qualified employees and trainees. The aim of the Berufsförderungswerk für die Beton- und Fertigteilhersteller e. V. (BBF) is to counteract this with suitable measures. The BBF provides information brochures, advertising material and specialist books, maintains contact with vocational schools, training centers and associations and advises companies from industry and trade on all matters relating to training and further education.
GERMAN ASSOCIATION FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES (BVMW)
The BVMW is the largest, voluntarily organized and cross-industry association of German SMEs in Germany. As part of the SME Alliance, they represent the common economic, social and socio-political interests of 32 employers’ and business associations with more than 900,000 votes. In this way, the BVMW maintains the freedom to act economically and at the same time ensures social peace.
ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRIAN CONCRETE AND PRECAST PLANTS (VÖB)
The Association of Austrian Concrete and Precast Plants (VÖB) is the central lobby group for Austrian precast concrete manufacturers. Founded in 1956, the association represents around 70 member companies – and thus the majority of all precast concrete plants producing in Austria. The VÖB was founded in accordance with Austrian association law, is a voluntary interest group and sees itself as an innovative and open-minded trade association. The precast concrete industry is an important sector of the Austrian construction industry. With its high-quality products from domestic value creation, the industry stands for efficiency, quality awareness, resource-conserving production and qualitative growth. The Austrian precast concrete plants thus make a significant contribution to future-proof and sustainable construction.
