The NOXIFER column shoe system consists of a combination of NOXI column shoe and TN anchor bolt and provides a high-performance solution for connecting precast concrete columns to foundations or other reinforced concrete components. The system enables the safe transfer of normal forces, shear forces and bending moments and ensures a rigid connection in the assembly and final state.
The column shoes are concreted into the precast column and bolted to the anchor bolts TN anchored in the foundation on site using nuts and washers. After aligning the column, the joint is filled with low-shrinkage grout, creating a force-fit and form-fit connection.
The system takes two states into account: the assembly state without grouting and the final state with a hardened joint. In the final state, the joint can be designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete cross-section.
Different anchor bolt types (short TNC or long TNL) allow the system to be optimally adapted to the respective installation conditions. While short anchors act via concrete cones, long anchors enable deep anchoring in the component.
The NOXIFER system impresses with its high load-bearing capacity, standard-compliant design in accordance with Eurocode and flexible application options in precast construction, particularly for column connections and column joints.
