Measuring and Analyzing (Part 3)
Description:
This seminar focuses on the use of digital measurement technology. Correct measurements and the accurate analysis of measurement results are the key to efficient and sustainable troubleshooting.
After the seminar, participants will be able to analyze circuit diagrams systematically and in a structured manner. With the aid of measuring devices, they will create measurement logs that precisely describe the condition of a system. They will be able to analyze the measurement logs and thus efficiently and sustainably remedy the causes of various faults in the event of wear.
Target group:
Skilled workers, foremen, technicians, as well as engineers from maintenance who require special knowledge of hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems to carry out their work.
Content:
- Interpretation of current circuit diagrams
- Evaluation of key data of the hydraulic system
- Definition of strategic measuring points
- Recording of electrical and hydraulic measured values
- Hazards caused by hydraulics
- Occupational safety
Analysis of measurement logs for condition determination:
- Pump characteristic curve
- Accumulator condition determination
- Force control
- Position control
- Movement pressures
Analysis of measurement logs for fault analysis:
- Defective pump
- Defective accumulator
- Leaky cylinder
- Leaky check valves
- Leaky pressure valves
- Control problems (electrical or hydraulic cause)
- Destroyed components (hose, pipe, cylinder)
