Operator of mobile elevating work platforms
Description:
The training takes place in accordance with the principles for the training and commissioning of operators of aerial work platforms: in accordance with TRBS 1116, DGUV Principle 308-008, DGUV Rule 100-500 and DGUV Information 208-019. The training includes 8 learning units and is completed with a written and practical examination in theory and practice.
Target group:
The training is aimed at operators of aerial work platforms, construction and assembly workers, warehouse and logistics staff, facility managers, maintenance personnel and career changers who require safe and practical training in the use of aerial work platforms.
Content:
Theoretical Training
- Legal basis and rules of technology
- Design, function and possible applications of different types
- General operation
- Takeover and transportation of the machine
- Installation / commissioning of the machine at the place of work
- Working with the machine
- Periodic inspections
- Accidents / special operations
- Theoretical final exam
Practical Training
- Instruction on the aerial work platform
- Visual and functional inspection every working day
- Stable structure (only for appliances with support)
- Stable movement (without support)
- Practicing the control functions
- Practicing the function of the emergency release
- Final practical examination
