The PHILIPP Power One System is a high-performance and particularly economical solution for connecting precast reinforced concrete elements. As an approved connecting channel system, it enables the safe transfer of tensile forces and shear forces (parallel as well as perpendicular to the joint) and is therefore ideal for load-bearing and bracing wall constructions.
The system consists of a profiled, galvanized rail with integrated cable loops arranged at regular intervals. This is concreted flush into the opposing precast elements. The unfolded loops overlap flexibly during installation and are fitted with reinforcing steel before casting. The joint is then filled with an approved grouting mortar in a force-fit or form-fit manner and completes the system.
One particular advantage of the Power One system is its ease of use: thanks to its symmetrical design, no installation direction needs to be observed and mix-ups are ruled out. At the same time, the system can be used for components with a minimum thickness and ensures efficient assembly processes with short construction times.
In addition, the system meets high fire protection requirements and can be used in load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls exposed to fire.
