Precast concrete components are to be set up, lifted, and set down again.

The customer has only one crane bottle available.

The customer also does not want a complicated handling solution; they simply want to be able to position, lift, and set down the precast concrete elements.

Our solution and implementation

Thanks to the compact PHILIPP design of the swivel and tilt frame, concrete elements can be positioned, lifted, and set down precisely, safely, and efficiently. Its ease of operation is particularly advantageous in confined workspaces and allows the swivel operation to be performed using just one crane trolley.

Since a turning crossbar is not required, this solution significantly reduces effort and costs. Foldable side legs also ensure particularly space-saving handling.
